The second ever MotoGP™ eSport Championship is now underway, and action begins at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, TX for 2019. Playing as the ‘King of COTA’ Marc Marquez, ride the Repsol Honda to the limit in the Online ‘Time-Attack’ session – with the conditions set to Dry for the first challenge.
The challenge runs from the 18th to 22nd July.
Almost all options are pre-set for the Online Challenge, and only the fastest lap will be recorded, no matter how many times the ‘Time Attack’ session is completed over the course of the Challenge period. Ideal trajectory and rewind will be unavailable during time-trials in the premier-class - meaning pure gaming skill is what’s required to beat the fastest in the world. The machine and rider are also pre-selected and designed specifically for each Challenge period.
The 3 players who post the quickest lap in the first Online Challenge will progress to Semi Final 1 – held on-site at Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli during the San Marino GP in September. Think one of them should be you? Get riding!
