Global Series Grand Final track guide!

As the MotoGP™ eSport Championship draws toward a dramatic conclusion, here is a brief preview of each track in the third and final round of the 2024 Global Series.

The third and final round of the 2024 MotoGP™ eSport’s Global Series gets underway this week on Friday 22nd November at 16:00 (YTC+1). The final round sees the world’s fastest gamers taking on three of MotoGP™’s most epic tracks! The Circuit of Jerez Angel Nieto hosts the Sprint before Italy’s wonderful Mugello Circuit is the scene of Race 1 and Austin’s tricky, technical Circuit of the Americas the scene of Race 2.

To build up the excitement to the last Global Series round of 2024, here are guides for all three circuits:

Circuit of Jerez Angel Nieto
Spread across 2.75 miles of glorious, flowing asphalt, Jerez offers a tremendous test of machine balance and riding ability, with lush, fast curves punctuated by a number of heavy braking zones and slow hairpins.

The layout always provides drama: the final turn (the Jorge Lorenzo corner) has been the scene of incredible last lap drama. The 1996, 2005 and 2013 MotoGP races concluded there in memorable, dramatic fashion.

Mugello Circuit
As well as boasting one of the longest start-finish straights on the entire calendar, the track is a series of high-speed chicanes. When the undulations are taken into account, it provides a truly unique challenge that tests games skills and bravery in equal measure.

Like San Donato (turn one), Casanova-Savelli, Arrabbiata 1 and 2, and Bucine, the Mugello circuit boasts some of the finest turns on the entire MotoGP™ calendar and is a demanding one to ride. Win here, and you know you’re on course to end the year well.

Circuit of the Americas
In 2013, the impressive new Hermann Tilke-designed 5.513 km Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, joined the MotoGP™ calendar and become an instant hit - with its cutting-edge facilities and a capacity for 120,000 fans.

One of its more distinctive features is near 41m-elevation change with an impressive incline at the end of the home-straight followed by a sharp left. The circuit is one of the most varied on the GP circuit, with a mix of fast straights and tight hairpins, with most sections mirroring at least some part of a famous track around the world.
