The 2025 MotoGP season is almost here, and that means it’s time to rev up your engines and dive back into the world of MotoGP Fantasy! This season, you’ll be competing against friends, family, and players around the globe to assemble your dream team for every Grand Prix.
HOW TO PLAY
If you’re new to MotoGP Fantasy then don't worry, it’s pretty simple to get the hang of! We’ll give you a brief run-through here:
You have six spots to fill in your team: two Gold Riders, two Silver Riders, one Manufacturer and one Team. Points are scored in qualifying, the Tissot Sprint and Sunday’s Grand Prix. The Gold Riders will score maximum points during a weekend, while the Silver Riders will score half points. The Manufacturer and Team will both score maximum points.
Once you’ve set your team for the Thai GP, which will need to be done before MotoGP Q1 begins, you’ll then get two transfers per Grand Prix to switch your team around when you feel like it’s necessary. Before the Thai GP, you can play around with your team as much as you want. Basically, you get unlimited transfers. It’s then after you’re locked in for the Thai GP that you get two transfers per Grand Prix.
In addition, you’ll also get three Boost buttons to use across the season, the same as 2024. Activating this will see the rider you chose to Boost to score double points during the Grand Prix.
Don’t forget about your budget! At the start of the season, you’ll have $15m to spend on your team. As the prices for Riders, Manufacturers, and Teams fluctuate, your available budget may go up or down, so stay on top of the market. Note that prices will adjust after the third GP, once enough data is collected.
MINI LEAGUES
Competing against your friends and family is easier than ever! Simply head to the Leagues tab and select Join a League or Create a League. Once you’ve created a league, you’ll receive a unique code that you can share with others to invite them to join.
For those looking for a broader challenge, you can also join general leagues, like the official MotoGP League, without needing a code. These leagues allow you to test your Fantasy skills against players worldwide, and this is where the exciting 2025 prizes come into play!
Additionally, special-themed leagues with exclusive prizes will be created throughout the season, giving you even more opportunities to win!
2025 PRIZES
Once you’ve entered the MotoGP Official League, a top three finish at the end of the season will mean you win a phenomenal prize:
- 1st Place: Signed Jorge Martin replica helmet
- 2nd Place: PlayStation 5 + MotoGP 25 Videogame
- 3rd Place: GoPro Camera
