The Italian, who won the MotoGP™ eSport Championship in 2019, is on hand to talk you around a lap of the Termas de Rio Hondo Circuit.

The MotoGP™ eSport Championship returns for a sixth season with the third Online Challenge of the Pro Draft, that puts some unique skills to the test.

The third online Challenge of the new MotoGP™ eSport World Championship will see gamers compete to set the fastest possible lap time around Argentina’s Termas de Rio Hondo Circuit, aboard Jack Miller’s Lenovo Ducati GP22. And the challenge will be held in wet conditions!

The challenge will run from Thursday 31st March to Sunday the 3rd April. So there is a chance to gain inspiration from the riders attacking the track before you do the same with a controller!

MotoGP ™ returned to Argentina in 2014 after a long 15-year break, with the Termas de Rio Hondo circuit in the northern province of Santiago del Estero becoming the host venue for the Gran Premio de la Republica Argentina - a race that had previously been held in Buenos Aires.

Indeed, the first ever Argentinean Grand Prix took place in 1961 close to Argentina’s capital, and was the first time that a GP had been run outside Europe. In the modern era Termas de Rio Hondo continues the legacy of motorcycle racing in Argentina. The annual visit to the South American country creates a festival atmosphere, providing a spectacular show on and off track.

The Termas de Río Hondo Circuit is located 6km from the city which gives the venue its name, in the Province of Santiago del Estero. It was built in a 150 hectare area and officially inaugurated on May 11, 2008, during the visit of Argentina´s Touring Car Racing championship. In 2012, the reconditioning, enlargement and modernization of the circuit began, with the purpose of turning it into Latin America’s most modern, safe and vibrant circuit.

The track is a mix of slow hairpins and fast, flowing curves. Take turns one and two in second gear, and be gentle with the throttle. Carry an inside line through turns three and four and gradually increase speed onto the back straight.

Braking skills are tested into turns five and seven, taken in first gear. The biggest test of a gamer’s skill is the switch back between turns nine and ten. Don’t accelerate early and make sure you time your turning at the right moment – that’s the key to a fast lap here!

Ensure you have strong front end feel as you brake with angle into turn 13, going back to first gear. Then it’s maximum acceleration through the final turn and over the finish line!
