Dates released for all MotoGP™ eSports Championship rounds

The 2017 calendar has now been confirmed, with an inaugural motorcycling eSports season locked in for gaming history

The six Online Challenge periods of the exclusive eSports Championship for MotoGP™17, have been officially set for competitors. Covering the next four months, Challenge periods will each last 10 days – with the first round beginning July 27.

The track for each Qualification Challenge, plus the rider and the bike used by the player, riding options and bike set-up, will be pre-defined to ensure a level-playing field for all participants. The final Online Challenge period ends October 22, with penultimate round six conditions combining Andrea Iannone (Suzuki) at the iconic Phillip Island circuit. Additional preselected Challenge conditions include Silverstone with rider Sam Lowes (Aprilia) and Aragón with Valentino Rossi (Yamaha). Make sure you head to https://esport.motogp.com/calendar and find out more on each Challenge period and when you can compete.

A Grand Final event, with 16 of the fastest players across the Online Challenges, is to be held live at the Valencian GP in Spain come November. Finalist will enjoy first-hand the ultimate round of the 2017 MotoGP™ season – however if the VIP “all access” pass and a Championship crown aren’t enough, there are also exclusive prizes for the top spots, including a BMW M240i.
