There will be a last-minute change to the MotoGP™ eSport Global Series grid this weekend as PieroRicciuti55 will stand in for MikiRaiko in the Gresini Racing MotoGP™ squad.
PieroRicciuti55 was one of the stars of last year’s MotoGP™ eSport Championship, finishing 2nd in the Global Series when competing for Ducati Lenovo eSport Team.
In that campaign he proved himself to be a fiercely consistent competitor, scoring 1 win and 6 podium finishes as he eventually ended up just 15 points back of champion adriaan_26.
The Italian will stand in for MikiRaiko, unable to make Round 4 of the 2023 Global Series this weekend. The Indonesian had made his debut at the top level of the MotoGP™ eSport Championship this year, and had enjoyed solid success in the first three rounds of the year.
