As some serious competition heated up during the “Time Attack” sessions with 3-time MotoGP™ World Champion Lorenzo on the Ducati, “IOTIFOROSSI” (Italy), has now taken the opportunity to shine. After an incredibly close finish, and in the top 10 throughout previous MotoGP eSports online challenges, the Italian player has finally secured a place in the final with a successful qualifying position of first on the leaderboard – only .034 seconds ahead of his fellow compatriots, “TRASTEVERE73” and “IVANGAMER2346”.

The world’s second-fastest competitors at the close of Challenge #4 for the MotoGP™ eSports Championship sped around the Circuito de Misano Marco Simoncelli with a remarkable equal lap record of 1:28.288 - putting “TRASTEVERE73” and “IVANGAMER2346” through as contenders for the 2017 crown. Both players had been rallying top times during Challenge #2 and #3 – now the hard work has paid off.

These talented e-riders will head off to the Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana in November, with the opportunity to win the eSports title and a brand new BMW M240i.

Beginning September 21, running through until October 1, Challenge #5 will be Team Yamaha at MotorLand Aragon and the unrelenting Valentino Rossi. With conditions pre-set to Dry, the penultimate MotoGP™17 “Time Attack” period may provide the one opportunity you have to be the world’s quickest rider on PS4™.
