MotoGP™ eSport title fight finely poised after tight final qualifying!

The final round of the season could go one of four ways as title contenders endure mixed fortunes!

The 2024 MotoGP™ eSport Championship promises to go down to the wire after three dramatic qualifying sessions left the final round of the Global Series finely poised.

After the triple success of Italian danielealoè26 in Round 1, former reigning champions Jack Hammer4658, Trast73 and Adriaan_26 stepped it up in Round 2, meaning just 28 points cover the lead quartet with a Tissot Sprint and two full races still to play!

The highly-anticipated finale of the 2024 Global Series will be live and in person at Milan Games Week on November 22nd at 16:00 (UTC+1), where the the stunning Italian city will be the scene of the crowning of this year’s MotoGP™ eSport Champion!

While Jack Hammer4658and fellow former MotoGP™ eSport champions Adriaan_26 and Trast73 are among the favourites to add to their tally, this year’s Global Series promises a changing of the guard, with danielealoè26 already well placed to take his maiden crown. Six nationalities are represented overall, with the finalists hailing from the UK, Indonesia, Italy, Spain, Germany and Portugal.

The final round sees the world’s fastest gamers taking on three of MotoGP™’s most epic tracks! The Circuit of Jerez Angel Nieto hosts the Sprint before Italy’s wonderful Mugello Circuit is the scene of Race 1 in wet conditions and Austin’s tricky, technical Circuit of the Americas the scene of Race 2.

Qualifying for the Sprint was topped by Adriaan_26 with danielealoè26 over two tenths behind in second. PieroRicciuti55 was as stellar third. It was another good session for the Hondas in qualifying for Race 1, at a wet Mugello Circuit as Adriaan_26 led PieroRicciuti55 and davideturrisi06 with just over a tenth covering all three Yet Jack Hammer4658 was back at the front in qualifying at COTA, claiming pole by 0.06s over davideturrisi06 with Trast73 third. Intriguingly danielealoè26 and Adriaan_26 are both on the second row.

It’s all set up for a stunning show this Friday, when MotoGP™ Legend Max Biaggi will join regular presenters Conor Doherty and Liam Hodgins for full coverage of the stunning final event.
