The 2019 MotoGP™ eSport Championship finale is fast approaching and with an exciting title fight developing over the first two rounds of the Global Series.
Three gamers – AndrewZh (Ducati Team), trastevere73 (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP) and Cristianmm17 (Team Suzuki Ecstar) – are separated by just seven points at the head of the championship table. With double points on offer at the final round, it’s all to play for!
The Ricardo Tormo Circuit outside Valencia in Spain will not only host the final round of the 2019 MotoGP™ season, but the exciting eSport Championship double-header as well.
After the success of the 2017 and 2018 series, the MotoGP™ eSport Championship is bigger and better than ever this year, with the prizes for the fastest gamers to match.
The winner of the 2019 series will win a rapid BMW M135i xDrive, a 1998cc inline-4 cylinder model, which features a 16 valve, turbocharged engine that boasts an output of 302bhp!
It doesn’t end there as a brand new Yamaha YZF-R3 awaits the player that finishes second overall. As a liquid-cooled parallel twin cylinder machine, the bike is based around and can reach a top speed of 188kph!
A prize for the third placed contestant comes courtesy of MotoGP™ eSport partner Lenovo™, who is offering its latest system for the gamer on the final step of the podium.
The final round of the MotoGP™ eSport will take place on Friday, 15th of November at 18.30pm (Local Time). Qualifying for both races will take place on Thursday 14th November on the eve of the #ValenciaGP before the two races get underway on the evening of Friday 15th. There will once again be a 90-minute broadcast showing all the events, with the action starting at 18.30pm (Local Time).
Joining experienced hosts Gavin Emmett and Amy Dargan and commentators Matt Dunn and Jack Appleyard will be a selection of MotoGP™ Riders such as Pol Espargaró, Danilo Petrucci and Jorge Lorenzo to offer up advice and observe the action from the commentary box.
