About the circuit
It’s time for the second Semi Final of the season where the 12 fastest players on each platform from Challenges 5 – 8 prepare to go head to head at the Movistar eSports Center (Madrid). Are you ready? Only six can go through and the clock is counting down, with the event broadcast live from 19:00 (GMT +1) on Tuesday 30th October!
The 5.1km Motorland Aragon Circuit has 10 left- and 7 right-handers was roundly praised by riders after its first Grand Prix in 2010, and it was rewarded with the IRTA Best Grand Prix of the Year award, the first time a circuit had received the prize in its debut year.
On Monday a ten minutes Free Practice at the venue will allow gamers to get a taste of the awesome track, and it will also give them the chance to choose the team they wish to represent in the race according to their laptimes. The fastest chooses first!
On Tuesday at 19.00 (GMT+1) a 1 hour show will be broadcasted live worldwide across MotoGP eSport Chanels (Twitch, Youtube, Facebook and Twitter) plus motogp.com and key MotoGP Broadcasters. This program, among other surprises, will include a 10 minutes Qualifying session plus a 10 laps race.
Played on Lenovo Legion PCs, each gamer will choose their favourite gamepad – PS4, Xbox one or PC – and the top six competitors will be those moving through to the Grand Final, which is held in Valencia on 16th November alongside the MotoGP™ season finale.
